Job Brief:
We are hiring a Presales Specialist with a strong technical background to support our solution design and customer engagement efforts across Veeam, Trend Micro, EDB, Fortinet, and Red Hat product lines. The ideal candidate will act as the technical advisor during the sales cycle and help drive solution alignment with client IT and security goals.
- Engage with clients to identify pain points and translate them into solution architectures using Reyada’s offerings (e.g., backup, endpoint protection, open-source DB, firewalls, and Linux-based systems).
- Deliver technical presentations, demos, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Design solution proposals, scopes, and pricing in collaboration with sales and delivery teams.
- Support RFP responses with detailed technical inputs.
- Liaise with vendors for solution updates and certifications.
- Ensure solutions are aligned with best practices in data protection, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of presales or solution engineering experience in IT infrastructure, backup, or cybersecurity domains.
- Familiarity with at least two of the following: Veeam, Trend Micro, Fortinet, EDB PostgreSQL, or Red Hat (RHEL, OpenShift, Ansible).
- Solid understanding of enterprise architecture, virtual environments, and hybrid/cloud infrastructure.
- Strong communication and documentation skills in both English and Arabic.
- Technical certifications (Veeam VMCE, Fortinet NSE, Red Hat RHCSA/RHCE, etc.) are a plus.
